The Men’s Ministry at Grey Lynn Community Church are committed to building godly men (young and old) to serve Christ. Our purpose is to be role models to lead by example for our families, church and the community. We believe that godly men can have a tremendous influence in helping to preserve marriages and encourage their families to follow the Lord.
Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”
We are focusing to create an authentic environment where men can freely fellowship to discuss issues, sharing ideas and pray for one another. Trust one another is important, as we believe is the only tool that can help bind us together regardless of any circumstances that we might be facing. We are all in one spirit and soul as we are brothers in Christ. Men’s Ministry is aimed at providing events for the men of Grey Lynn Church and their friends and colleagues. Our men are gathering normally twice a month, which includes prayer meeting, Bible studies and games, sharing testimonies.
The Men’s Ministry places great emphasis on developing relationships in and among the men of Grey Lynn Community for furthering encouragement and support of men in their walk with Christ.
